  As she sat next to Danielle and had no customer to serve, I asked her, "Why did you not tell me that you accepted email evidence? I could have saved myself the money, time and effort and showed it to you right here right now!" and she replied, "I don't know Queensland's regulations and that they send those things to your email. Also, it is your responsibility to bring the documents, not ours." I seriously wanted to slap her in the face for that unnecessary comment. I was so angry that I was about to have tears in my eyes because, frankly, this woman wasted my time and money, plus, contributed to the situation of me coming back to work 30 min late. I HAVE NOT BEEN TOLD TO BRING THIS PIECE OF PROOF IN THE FIRST PLACE AND I HAVE TOLD HER ABOUT THAT. Danielle tried to back her and said, "I only know this information, because I have been previously told about it by a customer." Yeah fair enough Danielle, but that does not make anything better right now I thought. I was here last week and was served by Michael who asked several colleagues for advice and help because he wanted to make sure he can help me in the best possible way. However, Yasmin thought she was miss know-it-all and did not ask anyone for advice or help but simply repeated told me to get that document and that there was only one other way and that would take a week (which I don't have time for). If you don't know, ASK! It's that simple!! And Danielle (with the missing piece of information) was sitting right next to her and it would have not hurt her one bit to ask anyone for advice! Anyway, Danielle managed to sort me out fairly quickly (faster than Yasmin) and I was able to leave within 15 min.
  
  "Thanks" to Yasmin for wasting $37 of my precious money and 1 hour of my time. If I ever have to come back, I will ask to be served by Michael and not by you.
  
  Thank you to Danielle who handled the situation so incredibly well and helped me to - finally - get my desired number plates in a nice and polite manner.
